Hygiene and safety rules for the Autumn Traditional VeteránTechna Brno 2021
In accordance with the measures of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, trade fair events are only allowed to be held in the ONT system of proving immunity/non-infection (vaccination - past illness - test) and according to the following extraordinary measures. Below are the rules set for exhibitors and visitors to trade fairs. The current version of the ONT system, including the requirements for trade fairs, is listed on the website of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic. The event organizer has the authority and obligation to check people, while compliance with the rules is the personal responsibility of each participant. The purpose of the measure is to ensure the safe participation of all people. Visitors must present the appropriate document upon entry (vaccination certificate, valid PCR test no older than 7 days, POC test no older than 72 hours, certificate or SMS message confirming the past illness within a period of 180 days).
Respiratory protection
The exhibition halls have above-standard headroom and modern air conditioning ensures fresh air exchange. However, the protection of the upper respiratory tract is governed by the valid measures of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic for retail and services in indoor spaces.
Disinfection
Disinfectant stands are available at the entrance and in other places in the pavilions. Meeting rooms for conferences and the like are disinfected.
Social distancing
The exhibition grounds, including the roads, are laid out so that participants can maintain sufficient distance. Avoiding the accumulation of people and maintaining distance is particularly necessary at the ticket offices and turnstiles.
Refreshments according to the rules
Dining in halls and at exhibitions is governed by the currently valid rules for restaurants and shopping centers, i.e. consumption while sitting without respiratory protection.
Cleaning frequency
A higher frequency of cleaning is ensured in the pavilions and toilets, including disinfection of areas touched by a large number of people.
